This policy explains what personal data Brand Agency collects, why, and what rights you have. We operate from Portugal and process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Contact details you send us yourself: name, business or website, message content, and the phone number or email you write from.
• Technical data your browser sends when you open this site: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed.

Why we collect it

• To answer your request and prepare the marketing audit you asked for.
• To perform a contract with you, if we start working together.
• To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

Messaging services

The request form on this site opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Once you send it, the message is delivered through WhatsApp and is also governed by their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Contractual and accounting records are kept for the period required by Portuguese law.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with service providers that host this site, deliver our email, and process payments, each acting on our instructions.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form, and you may object to processing. Write to hello@brandagency.digital and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).
